Wes Beeston, CEO

Bio: Wesley brings to the team over 30 years of Real World Experience in Business leadership, Coaching and Mentoring, Mergers and Acquisitions and banking. An accomplished entrepreneur with extensive background in multiple businesses ranging from owning multiple small to mid sized businesses to President and CEO of a large multinational office equipment company. He has been active in consulting on business turnaround, mentoring and strategic business planning throughout his career. Starting as a commercial banker he aspired to “practice what he preached” and bought his first business at age 29, which he later sold, after 7 years of sustained 45% annual growth, to IKON Office Solutions. 

Geoff Clay, CMO / Founder

Bio: Geoff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience within the digital marketing sector dating back to the mid 1980's. He has extensive experience in building sales revenue, creating online engagement and products and is a life student of the psychology of what makes people engage and buy. Since 1999, he has been working to create online products and to bridge the gap of digital and real world marketing. His experience includes over 15 years of engaging with clients.

Herb Kraft, COO / House Legal

Bio: Herb brings a wealth of experience that ranges from corporate law to Reg A+, IPO’s, STO’s and ICO’s.  Has expertise in non-traditional and emerging software and SaaS markets, IP lawyer and programmer.  Herb’s vast experience will be invaluable in navigating our offering through its Reg A+ phase. Herb has over 34 years experience as an attorney, 30 years in software development and extensive experience in SaaS.

Jenn Parham, Controller

Bio: Jennifer Parham - Controller - Jenn came to us after serving as Controller for one of our largest lead partners where she controlled budgets and payments to their marketing groups that they were working with. She brought a wealth of knowledge and organizational skills to our team and has been overseeing call center operations
